MS HOME TOUR AT LAKE NEXT MONTH

The 1994 Multiple Sclerosis Home Tour at Smith Mountain Lake, featuring 10 of the area's most elegant homes, is set for Oct. 7-9 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Nine of the 10 homes are accessible by boat or car.

Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 after Oct. 6, and are valid for all three tour days. Children under 12 are not allowed.

Tickets come with a brochure including directions by boat or car, descriptions, a map, lunch and rest stops.

Tickets are available at various ticket outlets in the area, the Visitors Center at Hales Ford Bridge and at the door of each home during the tour. For more information, call 297-TOUR.
