D-DAY FOUNDATION ELECTS OFFICERS

The National D-Day Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a National D-Day Memorial Monument in the Roanoke Valley, has elected officers for 1994-95.

They are: Bob Slaughter, chairman; Elizabeth Bowles, vice chairman; Catherine Benson, secretary; Stuart Barbour, treasurer.

Southeast group elects new officers

Alan Argabright has been elected president of the Southeast Action Forum for 1994-96.

Other officers are: David Chopski, vice president; Lenora V. Williams, secretary; Earlene Poindexter, treasurer; Carolyn Argabright, assistant secrectary; and Ruby Testerman, assistant treasurers.
