CIA UNINTENTIONALLY MISLED CONGRESS

The CIA didn't intentionally mislead Congress by secretly constructing a $310 million office building for its spy satellite agency, a government review concluded Wednesday.

But the episode still shows a need for greater supervision of the intelligence community, said the chairman and vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committe.

However, said Sen. John Warner, D-Va., the building incident "clearly indicates on entity ran its own show without adequate supervision."
