Leigh-Ann Pursifull nailed two 3-pointers and finished with 21 points for Floyd County (11-0). Three other Buffaloes scored in double figures, led by Sara Conner (14), Emily Edwards (12) and Carrie Chaffin (10).

BUENA VISTA - Freshman Lindsay Coleman hit five 3-pointers and scored 18 points to lead the Fighting Blues (8-1, 3-1) past the Rams (1-6, 0-3) in the Pioneer District.
Coleman, a 5-foot-10 freshman guard, hit three 3-pointers in the second half as Parry McCluer pulled away. She converted a three-point play with a basket and a free throw for her other points.
The Fighting Blues, who outscored Highland 26-6 in the second half, got 16 points from Chrystal Humphries, 12 of them in the first half to keep it close.
Shayla Shumate led the Rams with 10 points.
