RURAL RETREAT NIPS FORT CHISWELL ON GUYNN'S SHOT

Bradley Guynn hit an inside shot off a rebound with three seconds remaining in overtime as Rural Retreat squeaked past Fort Chiswell 73-71 in a non-district boys' basketball game Thursday night.

Guynn led Rural Retreat (2-0) with 24 points.

Fort Chiswell's Dyer Jackson led all scorers with 26 points, and Jody Burnett added 23. \
