EX-MAYOR TO DELIVER HIGH STREET SERMON

The Rev. Wendell C. Somerville of Washington, D.C., will not deliver the sermon Sunday as scheduled at High Street Baptist Church.

His trip was canceled Friday afternoon because of the weather.

The church's pastor, the Rev. Noel Taylor, former mayor of Roanoke, will deliver the sermon at 10:30 a.m. His topic will be "Living Through See-Nothing Days, Part II."
