OBIT RALSTON, WILLIAM JOE

RALSTON, William Joe, 63, of Roanoke, formerly of Ronceverte, W.Va., died Wednesday, December 30, 1993. He was retired from the V.A. Hospital in Salem. Mr. Ralston is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Patty Douma, Finksburg, Md., Mrs. Carol Markham, Roanoke; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Linda Decker, Roanoke; one stepson, Bobby Martin, Charlottesville; one brother, Robert L. Ralston, Ronceverte, W.Va.; stepgrandmother, Mrs. Georgia Bostic, White Sulpher Springs, W.Va.; six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Longanacre Funeral Home Chapel, Fairlea, W.Va., Sunday, January 2, 1994, 2 p.m., with the Rev. Robert VanFossen of Ronceverte, W.Va. officiating. Burial will be in New Lebanon Cemetery, Pickaway, W.Va. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Longanacre Funeral Home, Fairlea, W.Va.
