NEW RIVER VALLEY SOLOS ACTIVITIES

New River Valley Solos, a social group for single people in the area, has several activities planned for early January. The group will have a "Blues Fighting Party" and show a movie at 3 p.m. Sunday. Call 980-5463 for directions and more information.

On Wednesday, the club will have its monthly planning meeting at the Golden Corral Family Steak House in Radford. Members will meet at 6 p.m. to eat. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

The next dance is Jan. 8 at 9 p.m. For directions, call 552-9205. On Jan. 15, the group will have a house party in Christiansburg. For more information, call 382-5242.
