PAYNE, Annie Thelma, 80, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, January 1, 1994. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Dossie and Barbara Ann Bright Jr.; one daughter, Evelyn A. Billingsley; one brother, Paul M. Henry; three sisters and brother-in-law, Edmonia Saunders, Ruth E. Henry, all of Roanoke, Willie Dorothy and Lewis S. Wilson, Brookneal; thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
