NICHOLAS, Col. Ret. Howard Nathaniel, 57, of West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Lexington, died Wednesday, December 29, 1993. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline M. Nicholas; son and daughter-in-law, Didier and Carina Nicholas, Hawaii; daughter and son-in-law, Nathalie and Eric Cumbie, Fla. Locally survived by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Shedrick Nicholas, Lexington; sisters, Alma G. Nicholas, Roanoke, Donna and Alysia Cassell, Atlanta, Ga.; brothers, Johnnie S. Nicholas, Richmond, Bernard P. Nicholas, Silver Spring, Md. Memorial services will be held Monday, January 3, 1994, 7 p.m. at South Florida Water Management District Auditorium, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Fla. 33416. Burial services will be held at the Arlington National Cemetery. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
