OBIT-SIGMON, BESSIE BRADLEY

SIGMON, Bessie Bradley, 103, of Roanoke, died Saturday, January 1, 1994. She was the widow of Lewis Elmer Sigmon and is survived by her son, Mack Sigmon, Knoxville, Tenn.; daughters, Pauline Dickerson, Gulfport, Miss., Iris Hale, Salem, Margaret Nienke, Charlotte, N.C.; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; also, several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held in Sherwood Memorial Park on Tuesday, January 4, 1994 at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Frank Feather officiating. There will be no visitation. Oakey's Roanoke Chapel is handling funeral arrangements.
