County officials declined to identify the company, other than to confirm that it is from outside the Roanoke Valley.

The property, bordered on the north by Lois Lane, is zoned for industrial use.
The Board of Supervisors agreed to advance $272,500 - or $18,166 an acre - to the county's Industrial Development Authority.

Chairman Lee Eddy abstained because of a potential conflict with his job as a electrical engineering consultant.
Hollins District Supervisor Bob Johnson abstained because his company, HCMF Real Estate, owns property in the immediate area.
In early December, officials for both Botetourt and Roanoke counties confirmed they were negotiating with a company that expected to announce a major business expansion.
The plan could mean as many as 200 new jobs for the region, they said.
The officials said at the time it would be a matter of weeks before the company made a decision and the deal could become final.
One government official said the company is not a manufacturer and would pay more than minimum wage for mostly full-time workers.
