OBIT-FOSTER, JESSIE KINCANON
FOSTER, Jessie Kincanon, 91, of Roanoke, died Sunday, January 2, 1994, at a
nursing home in Roanoke. She was the widow of the late Orman Lewis Foster, and
was a daughter of the Rev. Charles Thomas Kincanon of Smythe County, Va. and
his wife, Jessie Bozeman, the latter of Meridian, Miss. She is survived by her
brother, James N. Kincanon, Roanoke; and by nieces and nephews, children of
that brother and of her deceased sister, Ann Kincanon Rutherfoord. Oakey's
Funeral Service on Church Avenue, S.W. in Roanoke is in charge of arrangements
and, weather permitting, a graveside service will be conducted at noon
Wednesday, January 5, 1994, at Fair View Cemetery in Roanoke.
