McEWEN, Ursula Carnahan, 84, of Blacksburg, formerly of New Orleans, La.,
died Monday, January 3, 1994 at Heritage Hall Health Care Center. Mrs. McEwen
was a resident of Showalter Center for three years. She is survived by her
daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and John Lipsey of Blacksburg; three
grandchildren, Crawford Carnahan Lipsey of Gratton, Wisc., Lisa Hall Lipsey of
Blacksburg, John Johnson Lipsey of Alexandria; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the family tomb in Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, La.
