DANGERFIELD, John Edward, ("Ed"), 76, of Roanoke County, died Tuesday,
January 4, 1994. He was retired from Nelson Roanoke Corporation. Surviving are
his wife, Frances F. Dangerfield; a son and daughter-in-law, Danny E. Sr. and
Susan E. Dangerfield, Roanoke; one grandson, Danny E. Dangerfield Jr.,
Seaford, Va.; one granddaughter, Kimberly A. Dangerfield and one
great-grandson, Jarrett Michael Dangerfield, both of Newport News; a brother
and sister-in-law, Charles L. and Earlene M. Dangerfield, Roanoke County;
sisters and brothers-in-law, Frances D. and Wilson Hamilton, Deerfield, Ill.,
Irene D. and Claude Eggleston, Roanoke County; a sister-in-law, Betty P.
Dangerfield, Roanoke County; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will
be at Oakey's South Chapel, 10 a.m. Friday, January 7, 1994. The Rev. Douglas
Witt and Pastor Wilmar Wegner will officiate. Interment will follow in
Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel after 9 a.m.
Thursday.
