ROANOKER CONTRIBUTES TO HISTORICAL DICTIONARY

Bud Feuer, a Roanoke author and historian, has been selected to write the Spanish-American War section of the U.S. Army Historical Dictionary.

Feuer has written two books about the Spanish-American War - "Combat Diary" and "The Santiago Campaign of 1898."

He was selected by Dr. Jerold E. Brown, professor of history at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College to work on the dictionary, which is scheduled for release in 1995 by the Greenwood Publishing Group.
