SUBSTANCE-ABUSE PROGRAM FRIDAY

The Apostolics of New River Valley Hyde Church of Blacksburg will present a program on alcohol and drug abuse Friday, 7:30 p.m. at the church, 1713 N. Main St.

Mike Hyde, a national field representative of the Spirit of Freedom Ministries in New Orleans, will be the speaker.

Hyde will introduce a new approach to family alcoholism and drug abuse and show a videotape, "Raised from the Ruins."
