John Hairston (15 points) was the only double-figure scorer for Christiansburg (5-4), which outscored Giles 9-4 in the last two minutes to pull out the victory.

\ Franklin County 71, Bassett 63: At Bassett, the Eagles rallied from a 16-point deficit in the third quarter with 3-point shooting and aggressive defense to defeat the Bengals in a non-district game.
Chad Foutz led the way for Franklin County with 29 points, including six 3-pointers. K.C. Hancock added 12 points.
Art Wade scored 26 points and Tyree Hairston had 14 for Bassett. \
Martinsville 67, Fieldale Collinsville 54: At Collinsville, Mike Martin and Matthew Duran combined for 41 points as the Bulldogs defeated the Cavaliers in a Piedmont District game.
Martin helped cut off a Cavaliers fourth-quarter rally by making all six of his free throws in the quarter.
Ben Seay had 17 points for Fieldale-Collinsvile (4-5 overall, 4-2 in the district), and Chad Cobb had 13. Martinsville is 6-1, 5-1. \
Laurel Park 69, Patrick County 49: At Martinsville, the Lancers raced to a 17-point first-half lead en route to routing the Cougars in a Piedmont District game.
Patrick County was 6-for-25 shooting in the first half as the Lancers took a 35-18 lead at halftime.
James Millner led Laurel Park (6-3 overall, 5-1 in the district) with 19 points. Warrick Scott added 14 and Darrel Wilson 13. For Patrick County, Chris Reynolds had 23 points. \
