OBIT PHILLIPS, DOVIE QUESENBERRY

PHILLIPS, Dovie Quesenberry, 76, of Route 1, Willis, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 1994, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Aldene Phillips on January 1, 1994. Survivors are husband, Nottie K. Phillips, Willis; daughter and son-in-law, Martha Lee and Harold L. Cox, Indian Valley; three sisters, Alma Wade, Willis, Lula Phillips, Blandinsville, Ill., Clenon Turman, Willis; one brother, Chester Quesenberry, Willis; two grandsons, David Cox, James Cox both of Indian Valley. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with the Rev. Harvey Carrico and the Rev. David Aldred officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
