OBIT MERZ, KARL WILLIAM

MERZ, Karl William, ("Bill"), 30, of Roanoke, died Thursday, January 6, 1994. He was an Air Force veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Surviving are his mother, Claudine B. Merz, Roanoke; his father, Karl W. Merz, Seattle, Wash., and a grandfather, Karl W. Merz, River Edge, N.J. A memorial service will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Sunday, from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, with Pastor Mark Wm. Radecke of Christ Lutheran Church officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to a favority charity.
