MARTIN, Dorothy Lee, 66, of 741 Elizabeth St., Pulaski, passed away
Thursday, January 6, 1994 at Pulaski Community Hospital. She was born December
12, 1927, in Carroll County, the daughter of the late Monty Lee Jenkins and
Martha Jackson Jenkins. Survived by husband, Junior I. Martin, Pulaski; two
sons, Michael Glenn Martin, Radford, Larry James Martin Sr., Draper, two
daughters-in-law, Teena Pagan Martin, Draper, Donna Gibson Martin, Radford;
one brother, Walker E. Jenkins, Max Meadows; one sister, Icy Faye Jenkins,
Pulaski; two grandsons, Michael Glenn Martin II, Larry James Martin Jr.; two
granddaughters, Crystal E. Martin, Candy Suzanne Martin. Funeral services will
be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, January 9, 1994 at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady
Chapel, Hillsville with the Rev. Dale Akers, the Rev. Rob Furguson and Mr.
Danny Nunley officiating. Burial in the Hardy Family Cemetery, Carroll County.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 8, 1994, from 7 to 9 p.m. at
the funeral home or at the residence at Pulaski. Funeral arrangements by
Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, Hillsville.
