BIRKHOFF-ELIG

Deborah L. Birkhoff and Gene P. Elig., Sr., are engaged and planning to be married in Roanoke in 1994. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Birkhoff. She graduated from Cave Spring High School, Radford University and George Washington University. She is employed as assistant manager at Virginia Title Center. Mr. Elig is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Joseph (Jack) Elig (deceased), Cresson, Pa. He graduated from Cresson High School and is employed by Retired U.S. Capitol Police.
