Ann Louise Schulz and Charles B. Cheney, Jr., are engaged and planning to

Mr. and Mrs. Philip C. Schulz. She graduated from Reedsburg High School in
Reedsburg, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Wisconsin Center,
Baraboo, Wisconsin. She is employed by Gentry, Locke, Rakes & Moore. Mr.
Cheney is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Cheney, Sr., of Roanoke. He
graduated from Cave Spring High School and attended North Carolina State
University. He is employed by the City of Roanoke and Deyerle Associates, Inc.
