WALTERS, Charles Lee, ("Charlie"), 57, of Roanoke, died Friday, January 7, 1994. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Joseph Raimond, Baltimore, Md.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Charles W. (Chuck) Walters, Virginia Beach, Kenneth W. and Heidi Walters, Rocky Mount, Michael and Dina Walters, Boones Mill; his wife, Cheryl Walters; three stepdaughters; four grandchildren, Sherry Fenner, Dean Fenner, Kevin Walters, Jessica Walters; one brother, Dennis Wayne Walters, Baltimore, Md. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday with the family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 342 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
