OBIT-AMITRANO, MATILDA WALZ

AMITRANO, Matilda Walz, 87, of Moneta, passed away Friday, January7, 1994, at her residence. She was born October 21, 1906, in Ridgewood, New York, a daughter of the late Christian and Louise Walz. Her husband was the late Ralph Amitrano. She was a member of the Moneta Garden Club, the Bethlehem United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Altar Guild, the United Methodist Church and the Church Choir. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Arthur and Vivian Sinram, Moneta; a loving grandson, Chris Sinram, Moneta; a brother, Henry Walz, Baldwin, New York. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, January 9, 1994, 2 p.m. from the Bethlehem United Methodist Church, by the Rev. Riley Smith Jr. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home, Bedford.
