OBIT-LUNDY, TROY LEE SR.

LUNDY, Troy Lee Sr., 84, of Thorn Spring Church Rd., Dublin, died Saturday morning, January 8, 1994, in Pulaski Community Hospital. Born December 11, 1909, in Carroll County, Virginia, he was the son of the late John Floyd Lundy and Josephine Bedsaul Lundy. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mayme Alley Lundy; one son, Troy Lee Lundy Jr., Dublin; three brothers, Clinton Lundy, Woodlawn, Robert Lundy, Bassett, J. C. Lundy, Galax; four sisters, Nana Bedsaul, Mrs. Ellis (Virgie) Melton, Mrs. Jean Brown, all of Woodlawn, Mrs. Paul (Mazie) Summers, Galax; three grandchildren, Kenny Lundy, Pulaski, Mrs. Jerry (Vickie) Holton, Panama City, Florida, Mrs. Billy (Ann) Lefebure, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday from Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home, with the Rev. Cecil Baxter officiating. Burial will follow in Thorn Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 1 p.m. and the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home.
