OBIT-HEPLER, CHARLES WILLIAM

HEPLER, Charles William, 83, of Glasgow, died at his home Thursday, January 6, 1994. He was born March 26, 1910, in Millboro, the son of the late William Brown and Hattie Lee Goodin Hepler. He was a retired construction worker, veteran of World War II and was active in the Republican Party. He is survived by one daughter, Charlotte Willetta Ortiz, Bradenton, Fla.; four sisters, Emma Sue Snider and Jessie H. Perry, both of Millboro, Mary Florence Carpenteri, Garden Grove, Calif., Eloise Burdell, West Union, Ohio; one brother, Hunter Hepler, Millboro; numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, at Lomax Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Nathan Miller officiating. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bath County. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at Lomax Funeral Home.
