LINKENHOKER, Helen Virginia McDaniel, 83, of Springwood, died Sunday, January 9, 1994. She was the widow of Cecil H. Linkenhoker and a member of the Springwood Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Norma L. and Ray Jernell, Roanoke, Hazel Linkenhoker, Fincastle; two sons and daughters-in-law, Sam and Charlotte Linkenhoker, Springwood, Jerry and Phyllis Linkenhoker, Jacksonville, Fla.; brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Elizabeth McDaniel, Covington; sister, Mary Alice McDaniel Downey, Clifton Forge; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 4 stepgrandchildren. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 11, 1994, in Springwood Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Chester L. Carter officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Rader Funeral Home, Buchanan.
