BISHOP, Eva T., 78, of Riner, died Sunday morning, January 9, 1994, at her home. She is survived by her husband, Clarence E. Bishop; a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy B. and James F. Denney, Riner; four sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Mary Ann Bishop, David and Dorothy Bishop, Benjy and Debbie Bishop, Joey and Teresa Bishop, all of Riner; five sisters, Myrtle Mitchell, Blacksburg, Edith Brammer, Opal Wirt, Aileen Wade, all of Christiansburg, Mary Pugh, Roanoke; a brother, Hassell Thompson, Christiansburg; 10 grandchildren, Harold Denney, Danielle Denney Hale, Jill Denney, Michael Bishop, Melinda B. Branscome, Miranda Bishop, Jamie Bishop, Amy Bishop, Logan Bishop and Kayla Bishop, and 4 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, from the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Elder Willard Cox, with burial in Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Christiansburg Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 176, Christiansburg, Va. 24073. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home and the family will receive friends there from 7 to 9 Monday evening. Arrangements by Richardson-Horne in Christiansburg.
