BEDFORD OFFERING FREE BOOSTER SHOTS

The Bedford Health Department will offer free immunizations for Bedford County children this week.

Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon parents may bring their children to the Health Department on Mountain Avenue for booster shots.

Parents need to bring current immunization records. Although the clinic focuses on infants to 2-year-olds, booster shots for measles, mumps and rubella for fifth- and sixth-graders also are available.
