TWO ROBBERS HIT ROANOKE MARKET

The Orange Market in the 1600 block of Peters Creek Road Northwest was robbed Tuesday night by two men - one of whom brandished a small handgun, according to police.

At 8:15 p.m., police said, the men entered the store. One pulled out a gun, demanded that the clerk open the cash register, reached into the register and took an undetermined amount of cash, police said.

No arrests had been made Tuesday night, police said.
