THOMPSON, Carrie Lea White, of Boston, Mass., formerly of Marion, widow of
Dr. J. Braden Thompson of Boston, Mass., died Sunday, January 9, 1994, in Fort
Myers, Fla. Mrs. Thompson was a graduate of Marion College and worked for a
number of years at Friendship House in Washington, D.C. She is survived by
three sisters, Mrs. Eleanor W. Tilley of Richmond, Va. Mrs. Helen W. Fletcher
of Largo, Fla. and Dr. Carolyn W. Rogers of Marion; two nieces, Susan N. White
of Marion, Va. and Mrs. Jackie W. Bensinger of San Diego, Calif. Graveside
services will be held Wednesday, January 12, 1994 at Park Street Church in
