OBIT--RAINES, HENRY H. SR.

RAINES, Henry H. Sr., 77, of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Buena Vista, died at his home Monday, January 10, 1994. Born in Buena Vista on September 25, 1919, he was the son of the late Robert H. and Buelah J. Ogden Raines. He was a member of the Stissing Masonic Lodge #615, Pine Plains, N.Y. and Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of Nashua, N.H. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Marines. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Jane Raines. Surviving are a son, Henry H. Raines, Jr. of Bradenton, Fla.; two daughters, Gerri Raines Dolan of Miami, Fla. and Marjorie Raines Chillura of Harding Township, N.J.; three grandchildren; one brother, William Raines and one sister, Geraldine Sandridge, both of Middletown, Ohio. A Masonic service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday at the Lomax Funeral Home with interment to follow in green Hill Cemetery.
