SECRETARIES NAME YEAR'S TOP EXECUTIVE

The New River Valley chapter of Professional Secretaries International has chosen William West, special projects coordinator for the town of Blacksburg, as Executive of the Year.

The next PSI chapter meeting will be Feb. 14 at the Blacksburg Holiday Inn. Dinner orders are taken at 6 p.m., and the program begins at 7 p.m.
