OBIT-KESSINGER, WESLEY KEITH

KESSINGER, Wesley Keith, 51, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, January 12, 1994. He was a charter member and former chairman of the Board of Deacon at Layman Memorial Baptist Church. Mr. Kessinger was former owner of Carter Land Sales & Auction Company Inc. Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery K. and Michelle C. Kessinger, Roanoke; daughter, Rhonda L. Kessinger; Roanoke; grandchildren, Matthew and Kristie Kessinger; aunt, Odessa Seward, Warsaw, Va. In lieu of flowers, family suggests that memorial be made to Layman Memorial Baptist Church. Funeral services will conducted 1 p.m. Saturday at Oakey's North Chapel by the Rev. Doug Tate and the Rev. Gary Fowler. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg, Va. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel.
