OBIT-NOELL, DOROTHY DOUGLAS
NOELL, Dorothy Douglas, of Roanoke County, died Thursday morning, January
13, 1994, in a local hospital. She was a member of Woodlawn United Methodist
Church, charter member of Theta Kappa Sorority, a former employee of C&P
Telephone Company and a Mary Kay cosmetics consultant. She was preceded in
death by a daughter, Debra D. Noell. Surviving are her husband, John R. Noell;
two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Noell and Darrell F. Quesenberry, Cynthia
Noell and Richard A. Flint; sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and William
F. (Bill) Mason, all of Roanoke; four grandsons, Gary N. Quesenberry, Atlanta,
Todd S. Quesenberry, Kevin M. Flint and Adam W. Flint, all of Roanoke. Funeral
services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel, 2 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev.
Arthur E. Grant officiating. Interment will follow in Montvale Presbyterian
Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to
the Woodlawn Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society. The family will
receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Oakey's South
Chapel.
