OBIT-BOND, JULIA MAE LAWSON

BOND, Julia Mae Lawson, 75, of Radford, died Thursday, January 13, 1994, at her home. Mrs. Bond was born July 19, 1918 to the late Joseph and Gertrude Lawson. She is survived by her husband, Royal Marion Bond, Radford; three sons, Edward A. ("Jerry") Bond, Florida, Steven D. Bond, Cameron, N.C., Roy Lee Bond, Dublin; three daughters, Bonita Bond Johnston, Salem, Va.; Sandra Lee Bond Copeland, Hampton, and Norma Bond Dowdy of Salem; one sister, Rachel Tinley, Radford; one sister-in-law, Treva B. Muller, Portsmouth, Va.; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday 2 p.m. from the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Joe Burton officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford.
