Penelope Louise Nease and William Lee Johnson are engaged and planning to be married June 4, 1994, in Fincastle. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gifford S. Nease, Jr., of Fincastle. She graduated from Va. Tech and is currently a student at East Carolina University. He is a son of G.E. Johnson, Jr., of Bedford, andKathryn Johnson, of Roanoke. He graduated from Radford University and is employed by Appalachian Power Company.
