P.L. Bratton's stickback with eight seconds remaining in the second overtime enabled the host Celtics to win a non-district game over Tidewater.
Greg Broderick put the game into overtime for Roanoke Catholic (6-3) by hitting a 3-pointer as time expired in regulation. He finished with a game-high 21 points, including five 3-pointers.
Bratton finished with 17 points and 13 rebounds, and Jemarh Patterson had 12 points and 13 rebounds. \

DUBLIN - Jammon Payne connected on six of eight free throws in the fourth quarter as the Cougars slipped by Huntington in a non-district game.
Payne, who scored Pulaski County's last four points with free throws, finished with a game-high 15 points and seven rebounds. Tyrone Hash added 12 for the Cougars (4-5), who were coming off a tough overtime loss on Friday to E.C. Glass.
Huntington (5-2), ranked No. 12 in West Virginia's Group AAA, was led by Curtis Hayes' nine points. \

Ashaki Johnson scored four points in overtime as the Colonels edged the Eagles in a Roanoke Valley District game.
Franklin County led 28-22 after three quarters before William Fleming outscored the Eagles (3-5, 1-4) to send the game into overtime. Lekisha Barwell hit two free throws in the waning seconds to tie the score at 38.
Kelly Irving led the Colonels with 11 points.
Franklin County's Natalie Giles led all scorers with 16 points. \

Teresa Monsour led Roanoke Catholic (7-4, 4-1) with 16 points. Abby Dickson added 15 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, helping the Celtics control the boards 35-25.
Krystal England scored 12 points to lead Holy Cross.

LYNCHBURG - The Cougars used their pressure defense to wreak havoc on the Pioneers in a non-district game.
Pulaski County (7-3) led 20-4 after one quarter, and extended its margin from there. Jodie Hallett led the Cougars with 16 points, Carrie McConnell scored 13 and Kim Cruise added 11 points and nine rebounds. \
