OBIT-PALMER, MILDRED M. SCOTT, ("MICKEY")

PALMER, Mildred M. Scott, ("Mickey"), 75, of Roanoke, died Friday, January 14, 1994. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Palmer, parents, Brown B. and Hattie J. Scott; a sister, Helen J. Scott. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Lynda K. Obenchain, Patricia and Bruce Robertson all of Roanoke; three grandchildren, Michelle Dearing, Stephen Robertson, Tondrea Sink all of Roanoke; one great-grandchild, Darrell Dearing. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 1994, with the Rev. J. Landon Maddex officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive friends at Oakey's North Chapel, Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mrs. Palmer will be ready for visitation noon Tuesday and friends may call at their convenience.
