OBIT-JENNINGS, REV. KARCHA F.

JENNINGS, Rev. Karcha F., 67, of Hillsville, passed away Saturday, January 15, 1994 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was a World War II veteran, Pastor of Tory Creek Missionary Baptist Church since 1968 and was retired from Hercules. He was born in Carroll County, Va., August 21, 1926 to Harvey Jennings and Amanda Marshall Jennings. He is survived by his wife, Mozelle D. Jennings; two sons and daughters-in-law, Elvin and Donna Jennings, Hillsville, Randell and Pam Jennings, Hillsville; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Jennings, Kristen Jennings, Monica Jennings, and April Jennings. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 18, 1994 at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, Hillsville, Va. with the Rev. Fred Jennings officiating. Burial in the Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Military rites at the graveside by Hillsville V. F. W. Post #1115.
