COUNTS, Irma M., 75, of Roanoke, died Sunday, January 16, 1994. She was a
retired, private duty nurse at Roanoke Memorial Hospital and was a member of
Grace United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, W. L. (Bill) Counts,
daughters and son-in-law, Kathryn C. and Charles W. Martin, Roanoke, Elaine C.
Burke, Abingdon; five grandchildren; brother, William R. Mabe, Fredericksburg.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's Roanoke
Chapel by the Rev. Emory N. Tarpley, Sr. and the Rev. Mark Copley. Interment
will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends
from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Oakey's Roanoke.
