NRCC OFFERING SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships are available to qualified students to attend New River Community College during the 1994-95 school year.

The school has 37 endowed scholarships available, which offer up to $1,000.

Scholarships are based on financial need and scholastic achievement and are available to those already enrolled or intending to enroll at the college.

Preference generally goes to full-time students taking 12 or more credit-hours per semester, but part-time students taking at least six credit-hours also are eligible.

The deadline to submit applications is Feb. 15. Applications are available at the Financial Aid Office in Rooker Hall.
