CIVIL WAR WEEKEND IN FEB.

Virginia Tech Civil War expert James "Bud" Robertson Jr. will present the keynote address at the third annual Civil War Weekend Feb. 25-27. Robertson will talk on "Civil War: Refreshment, Recreation and Rededication." He'll also speak on "Tech's Rare Civil War Books" and "Civil War Medicine."

A nationally recognized Civil War historian, Robertson recently took part in the filming of programs about the war for television's Discovery Channel and A&E Network. He also produces a regular radio feature on the Civil War for public radio.

Registration for the weekend, to be held at the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center, continues. The cost is $100 plus lodging. Call 231-6285 for more information.
