HOLLAND, Dave, 100, of Rt 4, Rocky Mount, Va. died Sunday, January 16, 1994. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Evie Smith Holland of the home; son and daughter-in-law, William Otha and Delphine Holland, Rocky Mount; daughter, Mary Jane Holland Strong, Binghampton, N.Y.; daughter and son-in-law, Melva and James Belcher, Roanoke; seven grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; one stepgreat-great-grandchild; sisters, Lousie Holland, Rocky Mount, Mildred Larry, Detroit, Mich.; sisters-in-law, Lucy Claytor, Roanoke, Annie Mae Smith, Rocky Mount; brother-in-law, Elder Samuel Smith, Boones Mill; a special nephew, Willie Holland, Detroit, Mich., cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted Friday 1 p.m. at Stanfield Mortuary Chapel with Elder Buford Craighead officiating. Friends may call at Stanfield Mortuary Chapel on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Interment in Franklin Memorial Park.
