\ COLONIAL BIBLE INSTITUTE, a ministry of Colonial Baptist Church at Blue Ridge, is beginning its second semester of classes leading to a three-year general diploma or a one-year certificate. \ BELMONT BAPTIST CHURCH, 825 Stewart Ave. S.E., is engaged in a study of church growth based on the book, "To Dream Again." Sessions are Sunday nights from 5 to 6:15 and are led by the pastors, the Rev. Wayne Harrison and the Rev. Chris Rakestraw.
The book encourages planning for new ministries that are adaptable to a church's neighborhood and has been used by many old congregations for numerical growth and spiritual renewal.
