OBIT BRYANT, DOTSIE BROWN ELLIS

BRYANT, Dotsie Brown Ellis, 86, of Friendship Manor in Roanoke, Va. died Thursday, January 20, 1994. She was the daughter of the late James and Mary Ann Perdue Brown and the widow of the late Harry Bryant. She taught school and worked at the Dr. Pepper Bottling. Mrs. Bryant is survived by one son, James Ellis of Vinton, Va.; two granddaughters; five great-grandchildren; three stepsons, Wayne, Bobby and Grady Bryant of Martinsville, Va. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, January 22, 1994, 2 p.m. at the Brown Family Cemetery in Sontag community of Franklin County. The family will receive friends Friday, January 21, 1994, at Lynch Funeral Home in Rocky Mount after 5 p.m.
