OBIT CREASY, ROXIE MIEAR

CREASY, Roxie Miear, 90, of Rt 4, Box 446, Forest, died Wednesday, January 19, 1994, in Grave Lodge. She was the wife of the late Wyatt Edward (Ed) Creasy. Born in Campbell County, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Callie Pribble Miear. She was a retired homemaker and a member of Terrace View Union Church. She is survived by two sons, Raymond L. Creasy and Curtis M. Creasy both of Forest; one daughter, Christine C. Dooley of Bedford; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Fred Alvin Creasy and Vernon Alfred Creasy. A graveside service will be held conducted Saturday 2 p.m. at Terrace View Union Church Cemetery by the Rev. Wesely Creasy. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel and at other times at the residence of Curtis Creasy on Route 622 in Forest. Memorial contributions may be made to the Terrace View Union Church Cemetery Fund.
