OBIT HAYDEN, LOIS CHITTUM

HAYDEN, Lois Chittum, 78, of Rt.1 Goodview, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 1994, at her residence. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Everett Hayden and a son, Robert E. Hayden Jr. Surviving are three daughters, Karen H. Payne, Roanoke, Bonnie S. Hayden, Rocky Mount, Sara H. and husband, Douglas M. Jacobs, Hardy; one brother, Randolph Chittum, Roanoke; one sister, Juanita Hayden, Vinton; three grandchildren, Thomas Fred Payne Jr., Wanda Annett Payne; Mark Stephen Payne; two great-grandchildren, Mark Stephen Mullins and Candice Dee Steele. Funeral services 12 p.m. Saturday, from the Lotz Vinton Chapel. The Rev. Dennis E. Moore and the Rev. Joey Phillips will officiate. Interment in Beaver Dam Cemetery, Chamblissburg. Friends may call at Vinton Lotz Chapel after 12 p.m. Friday.
