HUMANE SOCIETY TO MEET

The Humane Society of Montgomery County will meet Wednesday, 7:30 p.m., at the Blacksburg Police Department meeting room, Clay Street and Draper Road.

Those attending should park in the employees' parking lot across Clay Street from the station.

There will be an open discussion on the society's plans for 1994. Refreshments will follow the meeting.

The Humane Society of Montgomery County is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to relieving the suffering of unwanted animals. It operates a no-kill shelter for cats and dogs.
